I went out and did just one hour of gardening at high noon today (yes, I KNOW you are supposed to work in the cool of the morning or late evening but it was the only time I had). Almost had heat stroke. GGeeeeeesh. Its about 90 out there in the shade. Probably 100 in the sun. Yikes.
