The ham was good, but not perfect. I should have chopped the greens much finer, and it could have cooked for half as long. I think it dried it out to cook it so long. Not bad, but could have been better. Always going for the best. Still, the flavor of the greens, onions and mustard seed almost made me swoon. Made awesome sandwiches and leftovers for piecin on…………

For the next six weeks it is all about the garden. Plant sales, garden tours to prepare for, my garden needs attention, a handful of clients need attention, and let’s hope it warms up!
